Installation

Our installers are fully experienced & professional fitters who have years of domestic experience catering from twist pile to border works, stair runners and natural products. Please note that for the best results from your purchase the following points are worth observing.

  1. The area is clean and free of furniture
  2. The subfloors are level with no protruding edges
  3. All perimeter gaps and loose boards are silicone sealed & fixed down to help prevent up draught soiling
  4. For optimum lifespan from your purchase a good quality underlay must always be installed.

Estimating

Once a suitable product has been chosen we offer an accurate and professional estimating service. For carpet installations we will endeavour to check all our customers’ requirements, from the access to the area through to any screed works, new fixings or furniture, carpeting removal. Please note that an area which is empty is quicker and easier to install and therefore cheaper. In the interests of supplying Amtico, Karndean, vinyl’s or laminates all our estimators carry hydrometers so that an on-site damp test may be achieved to confirm suitability of the desired product.

In all cases we will advise of any extra costs such as easing of doors, moving of furniture, removing old materials, new underlay, door bars and rods within the estimate.
